I’ve started a new class at the Ashtanga Yoga Studio Friday mornings at 9am. Yoga Foundations is designed to counter the stresses and fast paced nature of daily life.

Foundation

Slower and gentler than a flow, Yoga Foundations is a 60 minute class dedicated to:

  • building body and breath awareness
  • increasing range of motion, core strength and balance
  • activating the parasympathetic nervous system through deep relaxation
Yoga Foundations is suitable for everyone including beginners, those returning to their practice after injury or anyone looking for a deep, purposeful practice uniting body, mind and spirit. This class will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and ready for the day!
